How long does it take to receive my order?

Items marked as Express 24hr are usually shipped and delivered in Malta on the same day if ordered before 6pm. Most Orders are delivered within 1 - 2 hours from order time.

Products marked as Free Express Delivery under 2kg are delivered via DHL Express (48hr) and arrive within 1 or 2 business days. Most orders arrive on the next day within 24 hours

Orders with Free Express Delivery which are bulky, contain liquids or are heavier than 2kg are shipped via TNT. Such orders take around 4-7 days.

In case of an exception or delay, you will receive an email informing you of the delay which is usually resolved in 1-2 days

All Express Delivery orders are trackable and a tracking number is provided upon shipping.

Is there a minimum order for Free Delivery?

No, all orders are shipped / delivered to your door free of charge

What happens if I'm not at home?

All deliveries are carried out by express couriers who will call you on the number that you provide right before the delivery. You will also receive an email from us when your order is out for delivery. 

In case you are not reachable, the courier will leave a note at your address to inform you that they tried to deliver your package.

Delivery will be attempted again for 3 times, after which you will be asked to collect your item from the courier's offices.

When the courier will contact you, you will also be able to inform them where to meet you give you your package. 

Can my order be lost during shipping?

No. All orders are tracked. Thus you will be able to track every movement so your package will always be traceable until it reaches your destination 

Can I send the package to someone as a gift?

Yes, you can provide the delivery address of the person you want to buy your order for.

Note: Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you would like to deliver to different addresses you can place multiple orders.
